Provisioning update based on End User approval

Hi Team,

We have a requirement for one of the client. Can we do provisioning updates based on the end users approval. Can this be achieved?

For Example, Suppose when there is an end user's lastname changes from the HR feed and before provisioning the changes to the target systems. The end user should receive an notification and based on the approval the provisioning task should get triggered.

Can this be achieved?

As of now, If rule is triggered on change of users attribute, the task is created and would be provisioned. There is no approval process for this.
