Hi Team,

I have an issue with the AD connector, i am provisioning user through access request. After provisioning job runs, within Saviynt request it shows below error :

Checking DN for CN=XXEmpTest41u,OU=Users,OU=Texas,OU=Sites,DC=XXXX,DC=com.Not FOund DN for CN=XXEmpTest41u,OU=Users,OU=Texas,OU=Sites,DC=XXXX,DC=com.

However, user gets created in Active Directory in the right OU.

What could be the issue? because of this error in Saviynt, Identity in Saviynt doesn't get associated with the account.

Any leads would be highly appreciated.

Thank you,

Mridul

Hi Mridul,

Greetings!!

It is difficult to comment based on a single line of debugLog.

Please share entire log for the operation. It will be easy for investigation.

Additionally, want to add that, these logs are frequent, in case you have an ACCOUNTNAMERULE defined at connector level and this doesn't reflect any error condition.

Thanks & Regards,
