Working with a client we identified that the current version of Saviynt requires ojdbc8.jar to establish a connection to Oracle. Can the Oracle dB connector documentation be updated with all of the requirements to connect to Oracle by version?

Hi Pramod,
I may have a similar issue. Who do I need to get in touch with to get the ojdbc8.jar file deployed on Saviynt?
Thanks,
Suparna

You can get ojdbc8.jar from Oracle website or you can connect with Saviynt field team.

The documentation on this topic has been updated, but it is incorrect as it states that Oracle 18c + is supported. We had a v5.5 default install and ojdbc14.jar is the default which only supports up to Oracle 8 which is out of support.
According to the table listed here: https://www.oracle.com/ca-en/database/technologies/faq-jdbc.html
under the section "What are the Oracle JDBC releases Vs JDK versions?" at least ojdbc8.jar is required for versions 12.2c +
Can this get updated in the documentation and added for engineering to update the base deployment of the product?
