Hi Team

We are using Saviynt v5.5SP3.

Can anyone explain about the below options in campagin:-

Out of band

Low Risk/High Risk

And is there is any way to hide these smart filter from the dashboard?

Also, please let us know how to exclude inactive accounts in campagin.

Thanks

Jaya

Hi Jaya,

Out of bound means access that are given from an external source than Saviynt itself (e.g an Active Directory group given to an account, directly in the target, and reconciled in Saviynt).

Low / High Risk is an indicator based on the entitlement's data, where you can set if an entitlement should be considered as risky or not.

Not sure if we can hide these smart filters.

You can check select, in the advanced configurations of a campaign creation, if you want to certify only Active accounts.

Hi Jaya,

Thank you for posting this question,

  1. Please refer this documentation for a clear explanation on the different filter Options: https://saviynt.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000649927-filtering-certification-data-in...
  2.  Hiding the smart filter off from the dashboard: You can do that from the global configuration, where you have to not select any filter options.
  3. Excluding inactive accounts in campaign: Please make use of the accounts query field

Also, could you please tell us what kind of certification you are trying to launch?

Thanks,

Belwyn.

Hi Belwyn

We haven't selected any option in global configuration for smart filter cards.

But we are getting these options on dashboard.

Jaya,

Check under Certification Configuration, Under Step 2 - Access Approval Config, there is a section for "Select Smart Filter Cards"

You can select the filters you want from here but if you do not choose anything, the default filters will be enabled.
