Account movement is supported in Update/enable/disable/suspend account scenarios via AD / LDAP based Directory connectors.

You could use moveUsertoOU key with desired container value details to invoke this operation in update/disable/remove account operation scenarios. While in enable case, it is condition based and key associated to it are MOVEDN and ENABLEACCOUNTOU.
