Hi team

We are working on Saviynt v5.5SP3.

We have a requirement to escalate to the second level manager In case the line manager is not responding.

Please let us know how we can configure this in Campaign.

Thanks

Jaya

Jaya,

Based on the Saviynt version you are using and the Campaign type, you will have to manually reassign the certification.

I do not think there is an automated way of doing that since there isnt a "workflow" that you can enable.

Jaya,

Im not quite sure on the exact version but it should be available with the later releases of the v5.5SP3.x version as well. What exact version/subversion are you on ?

Can you check if you have the option "Certification Reassignment" under Configuration > Policy Setting in the Campaign Template or while launching the certification ?
