How to enable/disable user accounts?

Hello Team,


We want to perform enable/disable/lock/unlock operations on provisioned accounts of user.

Following document explains these operations but it does not explain if there are any pre-requisite steps to be executed to enable these options -

You need to first add the options that you want to see during Request at the Endpoint level. There is an attribute "State and Status Field" which you need to populate as seen here. If it still doesn't come of if you are unable to see these options at endpoint level, please create a support ticket and we'll be able to help

Thanks for your inputs. This field is not available in Endpoint. So we will raise service ticket to resolve this issue.
