How can we grant any application's access using AD Group

Hello Team,

We have many applications whose access is granted by adding users to certain AD groups. Is there any option available in Saviynt using which we can onboard the application and as a part of provisioning operation add users to respective AD groups?

Here, no need to create application account in target system.

End Users are not aware of those required AD Groups so they can not explicitly modify AD account and request for AD Groups.

Please let us know what would be best approach in such scenarios.
