MyAccess is managing provisioning across 21 different systems, including SAP ECC and BW. The client has created Entitlements to match with job roles in SAP. But after implementing SOD, we find that SOD Simulation does not work with Entitlements, but does work with Enterprise Roles. What are the pros and cons of moving from Entitlements to Enterprise Roles? What factors help decide whether a client should use Entitlements vs Enterprise Roles?

May I know what do we mean by SOD Simulation does not work for entitlements? Have we set up ruleset with these entitlements included in simulation?

Will need to understand the problem in order to help you. Can you share any screenshots or video for your use case?
