Entitlement Owner Update via CSV

Hello,

All I am trying to do is to update existing entitlement vales with an owner, via CSV as I have about 700 to do.

I am trying to achieve this via the 'Upload Entitlement via CSV'.

I have tried many headings ' Entitlement Value' & 'Entitlement Owner' &'ENDPOINT' & 'Security System' with headings such as 'Entitlement Owner' and 'Owner Rank', but cant get it to work.

I have added 'Operation' = add.

Can anyone tell me what headings to use?

Hi David,

You can use the below heading for example :

securitysystems,endpoints,entitlementtype,entitlement_value,Owner name,Owner rank,action

As part of value for action column, you can either use add/update or remove.

Please select the correct columns from UI at the time of import.
