Hi Sankaranarayanan,
We don't have an option to configure email templates for the failed tasks. This use case can be achived by using the analytic controls. You can create analytic control for the tasks and trigger email.
Thanks

Thank you for your inputs.
For example, I am scheduling a report to run every half an hour to find any failed job in last half an hour. If the query return any results then trigger a notification.
Is it possible to configure analytics to send notification only if there are results out of the query?
Could you share a query which find failed task in this usecase?

Hi Sankaranarayanan.
Yes it is possible to do so. You should set the user or usergroup to whom you want to send the notification to as the owner of the analytics control.
The category of this control should be configured in the 'Notify on Category' configuration under Global configuration > Analytics.
For finding the failed tasks, please refer to the arstasks table in https://saviynt.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000521404-saviynt-security-manager-ssm-sc.... You can filer out the failed tasks by the task status having 1,2,6,7 and 8.

Saparja
