Email sent when Analytic report is not having values under Column.

Hi!

I would like send email to owner of analytics report when

Analytics control is not having anything under certain Columns!

Can I use following syntax in Email template

Name : testTo : ${ownerEmail}Cc :Subject : test mailBcc :From : idm@xxxxx.com

Body${ANALYTICSDATA.'First Name'[0]}

Hello Päivi,

You can use ${ownerEmail} in your email template to send email to all active analytics owners on every execution of the control. This triggers email whenever the analytics records are greater than zero irrespective of whether a certain column is blank or not.

But for your specific use case i.e. "I would like send email to owner of analytics report when Analytics control is not having anything under certain Columns!", I would need some example to understand whether this can be achieved or not.

Can we please provide some more details for me to understand?

Hi! I have report that shows if Provisioning Tasks(and Task Types) have been generated successfully into Saviynt inside 24 hours time, of course it would indicated problems if this report shows 0 for e.g. under TOTAL TASKS column.

Is it possible to send email only when all or any of TOTAL TASKS values show 0 in this report? I don't want that this Analytics report is emailed every time it is run.

This is not possible to achieve with our current Analytics capabilities.
