Hi Team,
We are using Saviynt V5.5 & below is the requirement.
We are creating diconnected application & each application will have an owner assigned to it. Once the task is generated for disconnceted app, mail should get triggered to the owner & task should aslo get assigned.
The owner should get the Approve/Reject option in email & task will be completed as per the outcome.
Can anyone please guide how to achieve this.

Hi Sitarasmi,
If you perform access request to these disconnected app, you might use the below workflow to have application Owner approval.
Note : I highlighted the email template you should set up in order to send the approval.

If you're talking about provisioning tasks, to set a task creation email template, go into your Endpoint en click on the "Add" button under "Add Email Templates" and configure the templates to trigger depending on your use case.
Also, please note that if the disconnected applications are driven by technical rules to add access to users, the task creation email is not sent for disconnected application (see screenshot below, extracted from "Managing Email Templates" documentation.

Hi Sitarasmi,
Setup a simple "NoApproval" workflow to skip approval step, and you can assign owners to your Endpoint (single user or user groups) which should then be task owners.
If this does not work as per expectation, please raise a ticket accordingly.

Hi Adrien,
I checked above, we have created disconnected application & able to assign task to the respective owners.
The only problem is that email is not sent on Task Create via rule - which is not supported by product.
As its given , same can be achieved through Analytics. Can you please guide how to send email notification via analytics on Task Create
Also, I tried using workflow also - created custom resource owner approval workflow for disconnected application, here request itself is not getting generated. Please suggest what all settings need to be done.
