Hi Pradeep,
5.5.sp2 onwards, there is ootb capability to enable/disable or lock/unlock accounts through Access Request. You can follow the release notes to get more details. Let me know if you have any questions.

I am using 5.5.sp2 but not seeing any such option.

Yes, You need to enable it at the endpoint level. That way you can configure it for only those endpoints which support such a use case. Please do remember to take the latest 5.5.sp2 war along with the global configurations.

5.5.sp2 war is also have latest war?
This cloud setup configured by Saviynt 2 month back ,how i can verify war .
Below On login screen its showing SP2
Can you let me know which option you are referring at end point so that i can validate that..

This is what you should look at the endpoint level

Hi Aditya,
Now i am bale to see Enable/Disable option at End point level.
While request through ARS its showing Disable option and Enable optionis not showing even i have disabled one account.
Account that i have disabled that is showing Status as a Inactive account in Saviynt .
Is there anything else i need to put in status account JSON...

Hi ,
I am facing same issue. Enable account option is not visible on ARS page.
I disabled the account via this option. Account got disabled. Post recon the status of the account is In-Active.
Now I am trying to enable the account via ARS but Enable account option is not visible on ARS page.
Can you please suggest if I am missing any config.

Hi,
You need to check if "Show Inactive Accounts in ARS" is checked in global configuration.
