HI,
we are on v5.5 and we have requirement to send notification to delegate for any ARS access request.
We tried below object and it didnt work ,
${assignee.email}
${delegateuser.email}
${delegates.email}
referred doc-https://saviynt.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000431557-managing-email-templates
which object we should use in 5.5 ?

Hi Vikram,
You do not need to add the any parameter in email template explicitly. SSM picks up the active delegate of the approver when the request is submitted and adds it ti the request notification you have configured in the workflow
