I have added email template in the connection, but the email is not triggered triggered when the connection is failed. Nothing is coming up in the logs as well.

Any idea, what could be the issue

Yashpal

Hello Yashpal.

The email setup in the connection is used to be sent when an import using that connection fails, not during a "Save and Test Connection" operation.

Which logs are you looking into to troubleshoot the connection failure ?

Adrien

Adrien, The email will be sent only during import fail or also when the provisioning fail?

I am checking the debug logs available in the UI.

The email is sent only when the import fails. For provisioning failure there is no email notification available, well via analytics you can create a control to trigger email if required.

Thanks

Ajay
