Hello,

We have requirement to mark few SAP roles as non requestable in Saviynt. Even if we mark those as Inactive on next import it will be again overwritten to active. What are the other options available to implement this requirment?

Thanks,

Pallavi

Hi Pallavi,

You can cover this by flagging the SAP Roles you don't want to be requestable with a customproperty and then take advantage of the "Config for Requestable Entitlement in ARS" parameter of the "SAP Role" entitlement type as following :

This will let all non-flagges SAP Roles to be requestable and hide the ones you set a flag on.

Hope this helps,

Adrien.
