We are in Saviynt v5.5 earlier we had v5.2... post upgrade we are having one issue. Whenever any user's manager has comma between first name and last name, AD create, update, delete jscon operation is failing.

We need a change in CREATEACCOUNTJSON and UPDATEACCOUNTJSON as mentioned below:-

${managerAccount?.accountID != null && managerAccount?.accountID != '' ? '"manager": "' + managerAccount?.accountID?.replace('\\','\\\\') + '",' : ''}

Initial input:
- The issue was analyzed using the samples provided and it was found that the problem is happening because of "\" in the CN. Changes were suggested in the JSON because highlighted part (related to managerAccount) is now handled in the code (with version 5.5) and having it in JSON is causing a conflict which is resulting in the conversion error.

Non working account :

Could you please suggest best possible change in JSON to avoid this reported issue.

Hi Ajay,

Thanks a lot for your input. We will check on this. However we have one further query. Recently we migrated to v5.5 from 5.2 in June 1st week. Could you please let me know when was the fix pack released. Where we can see fix pack release info. I think there is fix pack SP2 is available but not sure when SP1 and SP2 was released.
