Hi!
How can you define several. Hostnames into AD connector and into section: URL: Hostname for Connection?
eg. I want to add two or more AD Hostnames, how do you define this setting?
Best Regards, Päivi

You can have a comma separated list of URLs. If the first isn't available it tries the next on the list etc.

Hi Paivi,
Greetings!!
Thanks for your response Mark.
You could have a comma separated value of your URL Field as:
ldaps://10.0.1.11:636,ldaps://10. 0.1.12:636,ldaps://10. 0.1.13:636,ldaps://10.11.5.6:636
or
ldaps://addc1.dir.com:636,ldaps://addc2.dir.com:636,ldaps://addc3.dir.com:636,ldaps://addc4.dir.com:636

Hi Paivi,
Greetings!!
Kindly share the version of SSM you are working on.
In addition to that, There could be multiple checkpoints and observations for this:
Observation:
1) if connection works for single URL.?
Checkpoints:
1) Check if we have AD certificate available in SSM keystore.
2) Check if telnet is working and firewall ports are not causing trouble.
3) Check if certificate is binded to qualified DNS name or to IP.
4) Check if replacing IP address with qualified DNS name works in URL.
5) Check if your username and password are correct.
6) Check if your SSM Server is able to resolve the qualified DNS name (in case qualified DNS name is available in URL (needs HOST file entry))
Please verify the checkpoints and try again.
Thanks & Regards,
