Account delete logic

We have requirement ,If particular account is disabled since last 30 days then delete those account from Target system.

How we can achieve it?

Hi Pradeep,

You can use Analytics to achive this.
1. You need to write a query to figure out those target application accounts which has been in disabled state since last 30 days.

2. in the analytics report, allowed action field, configure the action - 'Deprovision Account '

3. If you want this to be an automated process, include the 'Default_Action_For_Analytics' in your query. You can find a sample query here - https://saviynt.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000582519-configuring-allowed-actions#Con...

4.Next, schedule the report execution from Analytics job, in case you want this to be an automated process, kindly select the 'Execute default action' in the job trigger.

5. You can also take action manually.
