1. What happens when we download a huge report?

When the user initiates download of reports having more than 50k records (5000 records for SOD Violation), a background job will be triggered and user who initiated the download would be notified when the file is ready for download

2. Where do we support this?

Users, Accounts, ES Analytics, SOD Violation Reports (Summary, TCODE and Auth Report)

3. Where do we configure the report email?

Admin > Basic Configuration > Common> Report Email Template

4. Where can we view, download, delete the reports on UI?

5. Who can see the reports on UI?

Only the user who has created report will be able to download his/her reports

6. When was this feature rolled out?

SSM version v5.3

7. Where else is this feature coming up (6.0)?

· SOD -> Simulation

· Campaign

Can we pls provide a sample email template for the email notification which will be sent to the user who initiated the download of the report? What is the variable that we need to use in the "To" field to address the user who initiated the download of the report ?
