Previous Discussions Lost on migration

Hi all,

I just want to point out that all the old discussions from the freshdesk are lost, since it redirects to the new forum.

Is there a way to recover that information? or it is lost forever?

E.g.: we are interested to the discussion that was present on this link:

Thanks for reaching out. You can utilize the search functionality to find the content you wish to see as long as you are logged into the Forums site. Please note at this time, not all content has been migrated over. Please check out the information on the following link with information on the content from the previous forums and their associated posts

yep I realized that the tickets have been migrated from the legacy forum and after enroll my self here I am able to see them I thought there was a unique identity among the two portal.
