Can we upload external data into Saviynt and run a campaign

We are in the process of migration from existing IAM system into Saviynt. We want to carry out attestation campaign for all applications in Saviynt but actual migration of all applications into Saviynt will take more time.

During this transition phase, Can we do following in Saviynt:

1. Extract data from existing IAM system for an application in excel format

2. Application does not exist in Saviynt

3. Upload data in excel format(downloaded in step-1) into Saviynt and carry out attestation campaign.

Create a disconnected application, upload the data into the Saviynt in the disconnected application.

Once the required data is uploaded, launch the campaign for the disconnected application.
