User List -Campaign Reassignment

Question: 

We have 2 requirements one is to control the list of users in Reassignment option and the other is to display full list of users during the consult option.

When I am using below configurations to control the list of users in Reassignment option it is working fine But same changes are applied to consult option.

Answer:

If this is Organization Owner Campaign or Application Owner Metadata Campaign "Consult/Reassign User Query" is only available. This query will enable you to filter out the users in the Consultee list when an item is consulted.

Where as in User Manager Campaign or Entitlement Owner Campaign or Role Owner Campaign or Application Owner Campaign we have "Consult User Query" option.
