Hi
We need your assistance to remove "ROLE_USER" SAV role for all the external users. And also, in future this role should not be assigned to any users by default.
Please let us know where we can restrict this.
Answer
You can remove the role for all users by creating a default action for analytics and try to remove for all external users.
Also How are these roles getting populated for users, ( is it mentioned in external config file or via Technical rule )
1. If its external config - we can make the config to null and no users will get by default any sav role
2. If its via technical rule- you can go ahead and apply one more condition
