Exclude entitlement owner to certify his own account

Symptoms

In the entitlement owner campaign, we want to exclude the accounts which  belongs to the owner of the same entitlement so we can avoid the entitlement owner to certify his own account associated to that same entitlement in the campaign   

Solution

The default behavior of the product is that it does not allow entitlement owner to certify the accounts on the entitlements they own. While configuring the entitlement owner campaign, you can allow either Consult or Self-Certify option to take actions on such accounts. Please see below the screenshot for the configuration.
