Symptoms
AD Access Import Failure due to null errors on Connecting-or-Importing-AD. The import is going to report savresponse as below:
Diagnosis
One of the pre-requisites that must be checked for these errors are notation used on Customproperties under connections jsons like groupimportmapping, account_attributes etc.
Solution
During accounts import FULL, the job needs to be completed successfully by updating all attributes that are defined in connection. In EIC we need to define the notations of attributes used in json as lowercase only.
Instead of using Customproperty1 or customProperty1, notation must be defined as customproperty1.
