I created a User Manager Campaign and assign a default certifier with an Advanced Campaign Configuration Users Query.
Users Query Example: jobcode = 'ABC'
I created a Data Analyzer query with the same User Query to see how many users should fall into the query.
When the Campaign is created the Total Users does not match the Data Analyzer query. The list of user not in the campaign all have managers that do not have a certifier campaign name created.
What can prevent the users not to be in the campaign? The users are Active and their Manager are Active, but they are not in the campaign.
