User not able to login via SSO

Hi,

We have sso configured in our Prod. All of the users are able to login except one. The login page keeps on loading and blinking and then gives an "Access Denied" user with the username or password is not found.

Tried changing the AD password: Din't work

Tried logging in with the traditional method of logging - Din't work.

User password related attributes are correctly set.

Any suggestions Please.

Please validate if user is trying to login with same attribute which is mentioned in "grails.plugin.springsecurity.saml.userlookup"

And please validate the value of "PASSWORDEXPIRED". This can be validated in Admin > Admin Functions > DataAnalyzer. Compare the value with the user who is able to login.

Hi Rakesh,

User was able to login till yesterday and it started failing. PasswordExpired value is set to false. He has all the required SAVROLES as well. User is using the right attribute to login.

If user was able to login and failing again, I would request you to open FreshDesk ticket for log analysis or troubleshooting session.

login name you are using for SSO is stored in username or systemusername field?

if it is in systemusername can make sure that for that particular user it has systemusername populated correctly ?

The issue has been resolved. There were two users with the same email that is why the home page was toggling . Updating the email resolved the issue.
