Saviyntapp in SNOW : Custom catalogue config

Hello All,

We are implementing SaviyntApp on SNOW.

Currently we have imported one endpoint from Saviynt (AD). able to request access from Default OOB catalogue and task in provisioned in Saviynt.

Question:

1)Customer have created custom Catalogue under saviynt and want to provision to same Endpoint AD, what are config that needs to be changed or updated.

2) Can Custom Catalogue which is not under saviynt can request/povision access through Saviyntapp in to provision tasks in Saviynt.

Can you please elaborate more on the requirement of why you are looking to create a custom catalog item? Because you should be able to customize the OOB catalog with the custom workflows, configuring dynamic attributes.

We have onboarded one endpoint from Saviynt to Snow (Saviyntapp on SNow) . 

Config in place:

1) Endpoint AD

2) Workflow engine : Servicenow

3) Workflow : OOB Saviynt workflow

Issue: 

1) When using Saviynt OOB workflow, after submitting request in SNOW, RIT item is waiting for approval, but request is created in Saviynt automatically even before RIT Approved/Rejected.

2) Status: Once Saviynt provision access in Saviynt same status is not updated in SNOW. still RITM show in process.
