Request Access for Others - Multi User, Entitlements not shown at "Add Access" step.

Entitlements are not shown while making Request Access for Others - Multi User, but able to request normally. Bulk upload workflow was also configured at the Global Configuration.

Why the Entitlements are not Reflecting at the "Add Access" step.

Was it working before in the older versions and did anything change which caused this.
