How to include entitlement_value field in Application owner certification

Hi Team,

I Have a query regarding Application owner certification - how can we include entitlement value field in application owner certification.

As of now I am able to use only Endpoint name & Account ID/Name in 'show access attribute', although I have selected Entitlement in 'Objects to be included in certification'.

Hi @rushikeshvartak ,

Please confirm you are using which version in Saviynt.

Also when I am configuring application owner certification it allows me to select only 2-3 attributes from the 'Show Access Attributes'. Screenshot attached-

If possible please share the configuration details.

Could you please confirm the version you are on.

Also You can always change the show attribute values from Global Configurations settings.

Yes we tried to change it through global configuration, but only mentioned 2-3 attributes are visible.

Seems it's an bug, because I am able to choose all attributes in PROD environment with same version.

FYI have raised an Saviynt FD ticket for this.

Saviynt support team added all default values in the backend Database Configuration table, after that only all the attributes are visible.
