Hi Team,

We are using OOTB Azure AD connector for accounts import, for the accounts having attribute "mail" as null.

Could you please help us what is the importance of the "mail"(AzureAD) attribute? PFA for additional information.

Hi Tej,

  • Can you share the JSON for the account import? According to below documentation, mail (Azure AD Attribute) has to be mapped with accounts customproperty4 (EIC Attribute) in the import JSON. This is by default.

         Please check if mail is mapped to customproperty4.

  • Also, what is the error seen when the account import fails? Kindly share.
